Super Green Smoothie

Ingredients
Carrot x ½, chopped
Cucumber x ½, chopped
Celery x 1, chopped
Kale or Spinach x 2 handfuls
Avocado x ¼, chopped
Apple x ½, chopped
Banana x 1, chopped
Unsweetened rice milk x 1 cup
Protein powder x 1 tbsp
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
