Why LEPT Nutrition

As a Personal Trainer and Elite Accredited Netball Coach I was LEPT (Lorraine English PT). Now I’m a nutritionist too, I’ve re-launched my business as LEPT Nutrition.

LEPT Nutrition is based in Perth, Australia. LEPT’s vision is to empower individuals through impactful relationships to achieve optimal wellness and vitality via the power of nutrition, mind and body services. 

Our mission is to obtain this vision through highly customised nutrition and lifestyle services that motivate and empower individuals. Our honest, reliable, simple to understand, non-fad services inspire clients to obtain their personal wellness goals.

Brodie Heath

“It lights me up to be able to help educate and inspire women, to feel more balanced in their lives and achieve their health goals. I take a holistic approach when working with clients, knowing that the foods we eat play a big role but they’re not the only factor contributing to our health!

I am a Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc), Yoga Teacher, and before this I spent many years working in OHS doing FIFO in the mining industry. I love all things food and one of my happy places is being the kitchen.

I’ve been through my own health battles, where I have experienced amenorrhea (absent menstrual cycle), acne, eczema, and psoriasis. Maintaining my own health has been an ongoing journey and one that I have drastically improved on over the years, mainly thanks to making changes to my diet and lifestyle. Basically, what I am trying to say is I totally understand what it’s like to feel helpless, stuck and like things are never going to get better!

I have a particular interest in pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, hormones, skin and gut health.

I have Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine, a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Environmental Health and an Integrative Health Practitioner certification.

I have personally dealt with anorexia, autoimmune disease, mental health disorders and of course, ageing.  

I understand that iIl health impacts life and no one has the perfect diet. But when nutrition is simple to understand and implemented, it can have a drastic impact on both mental and physical health.  

My goal is to make it simple and easy for people by taking away the confusion surrounding nutrition. To assist people in building healthy relationships with food allowing people to enjoy eating for health and vitality.

I've worked in the sporting industry for 25 years as an Elite Accredited Netball Coach. I have a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Nutrition, Certificate IV in Fitness and Post Graduate certificate in coaching (applied science). I have also completed FODMAP training with MONASH University.
