Once you have made your purchase you will receive a welcome email with links to download the PDF ebooks. You will also recieve a weekly email with the focus of the week and an Action List. Lastly you will receive a new Meal Plan ever 2-weeks.

+ How long will I have access to the information?

The ebooks and meal plans are yours to keep so you can continue to refer to them in the future. The emails will end after 9-weeks. However, you will have access to the Facebook Support Community for as long as you'd like to remain a part of it.

+ What if I can't do the entire 8-weeks.

There is no rush to complete the meal plan and the exercises within the 8-week timeframe. When you have downloaded the ebooks to your computer, they are yours to keep. You are welcome to take your time through the program and go at your own pace. However, the more you can stick to the meal plan, the better you will feel.
