Carrot Cake Bliss Balls

These delightful Carrot Cake Bliss Balls can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Enjoy them as a healthy and satisfying snack!
Ingredientsā
1 cup Rolled Oats
2 ½ tbsp All-Natural Peanut Butter (or all-natural nut butter of choice)
2/3 Carrot, peeled and grated (medium-sized)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
¼ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Iodized Salt
1/3 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Methodā
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients except for the coconut. Blitz until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
With wet hands, roll the mixture into 8 equal-sized balls. Coat the balls by rolling them in the shredded coconut. Place the coated balls on a tray lined with baking paper and refrigerate for about an hour until they are set.
