Ingredients⁠

  • Carrot x ½, chopped

  • Cucumber x ½, chopped

  • Celery x 1, chopped

  • Kale or Spinach x 2 handfuls

  • Avocado x ¼, chopped

  • Apple x ½, chopped

  • Banana x 1, chopped

  • Unsweetened rice milk x 1 cup

  • Protein powder x 1 tbsp⁠

Method⁠

  1. ⁠Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
